Refund policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect goods thoroughly on delivery/collection
If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a solution. This means that if a customer wishes to return products due to a change of mind, there is no legal requirement for a return to be accepted, or a refund or a credit to be issued. 

A feature of timber is the varying colours, grains and textures.  Splits and cracks may develop as it responds to the environment – these are not considered flaws or faults and will not compromise the construction of any furniture made.

Products come with a 12 month warranty and will be repaired/replaced within that time, warranty will be void if items have not be cared for as advised-

  • Outdoor furniture should be covered when not in use
  • Indoor furniture should not be placed next to a heat source, in direct sunlight or used outdoors.
